Here are my totals from today:

Try planks

I still haven't tried planks yet...I know I'll get some flack from Steve :). This week has actually been really tough. I think it's because I haven't been getting enough sleep. I know that exercise is more difficult when you're tired. So maybe pray for sleep/rest?

Found your site through Steve's website and glad to run across another Christian going through the same journey. You've gotta try the planks and see what getting the shakes is all about. Eventually add a little swival to the hips and really give your core something to think about. Looking forward to your posts!

BJ, I can't believe I let commenting on this post slip me by. Thankfully Ehren came through. You really, really need to try the planks. That's all I am going to say. :-)
