Ever since seeing them on The Biggest Loser, I've been in love with Larabars. I love the fact that they're all-natural. That they're gluten free. That usually, they only have like 5-6 ingredients. They are No Sugar Added, Raw, Non-GMO, Vegan, and Kosher.
Take the Pistachio.
It has three - 3 - ingredients: Dates, Pistachios, and Cashews. How freaking cool is that?? I ususally have one before my runs or after a big workout, and they really help. I try to ration them, since I don't have a ton, but it's hard - they're just so good. No, they're not low-Calorie; they're not supposed to be. They're supposed to be a "FOOD BAR". Most have about 200 Calories. Not too bad; and they're delicious. I've liked every Larabar I've had. Not so hot on the Jocalat bars, but that's okay. My all-time favorites are Ginger Snap and Coconut Cream Pie.
But now, the Pistachio flavor is retiring. It's going away. A little while ago, Larabar on twitter did a sweepstakes for Pistachio's Retirement. And I won! I never win anything. But thanks to Stacy at Larabar, I got a prize pack.
It's funny. Even though I work in the Promotional Products Industry, I am so excited to get all the "SWAG"! I guess that's what brand loyality can do for a product, huh? I'll be wearing the T-Shirt tomorrow. In fact, as soon as I got the box, I had to put on all the gear!
Thanks, Larabar and Stacy! You have a customer for life. Oh, and if you ever need me to "review" your new flavors, I'm in (you have my address now)!

What a great prize package Beej! I haven't had many of the Lara Bars, but I have liked them all. They are something I need to eat rarely, but they are a great treat.

Dude, So lucky!!!!
I love larabar though I've only had the ones that come in the ginormous costco box: apple pie, cherry and peanut butter.
