Week 56

Weight: 223.6
Weekly loss: 3.2
Total weight lost: 144.8
Average Weekly Loss: 2.59

Yeah!  Mr. Consistency is back!  Another 3 pound loss.  This is fun!  And this week was way off routine (but still on plan): I missed a workout, I did a challenge, and I only ran 6 miles.  But this was the first week that I decided that I really can do that whole maintenance thing once I get to my goal weight!

Planning on a great week ahead.  And wishing for a great week for you all, too!
