Quick Post

As it usually happens, we had our Couple's Small group and just got home at 10:30.  So it's off to bed and hopefully a good night's sleep.  Exercise was okay today, though I would have loved to be able to go for a run.  And food wasn't as good as normal, but that's okay.  It'll be a busy weekend, too--we're babysitting again.  Looking forward to it, but it may have an impact on my exercise and weigh-in.  No excuses, just a chance to test this whole living with moderation thing.  Fun!

A church we used to attend had small group meetings like this in homes. It wasn't specifically for couples, but each attendee was very similar. We really had a lot of good times with that. In fact, we have thought about starting something similar up at our current church, and still may.
