Not sure what I was thinking, but tomorrow morning, I plan on joining Shelli's honoring of the challenge she gave to her students.
The deal? She (and, like 4 of us) would complete one minute of cardio for every answer her students answered correctly on their geography test. What a great concept, huh? The students did really well, I must say. They answered 65 questions correctly. Which means that tomorrow I'll be going for a 65 minute run. And the hard part? Anna and I are meeting friends at 8:30 in the morning. Looks like an early start! Anna says I need to take a little break off from all of these challenges. I have no idea why, though.

A break from challenges? LOL! Whatever could be wrong with getting up at 4:00 a.m. to get your challenge in?
The challenges are so fun though, it is hard to resist.
Have a great workout and have a fun day!!!

Anna is a wise woman.
How'd you get so blessed?
What dedication. Can't wait to tell the students on Monday.
I'm toying with the idea of situps next time. I'll let you know.
