Weekend Warrior Update:
- Improve my healthy recipe for Beef Jerky. I'm not trying to cheat on this goal, but really, I had some jerky this week, and really? I think it's there. I this is a great recipe! Is that cheating? That being said, I did come up with a delicious Quinoa Salad Recipe & a Candied Yam Bundt Cake (recipe coming).
- Go on a 3-mile run with Anna. We went on a 3-mile walk. That doesn't count, though.
- Limit myself to 2,400 Calories on Saturday & Sunday. Do this both days. Not an average. It can't be that freaking hard, right? Did it. Done. Yeah!

At least you did move 3 miles...so I think it still kinda counts. Great job w/ this weekend!
