Weekly Weight loss: 0.2
Total weight lost: 145.2
Average Weekly Loss: 1.91

Okay, so I didn't drop below 220, but I did lose 0.2 pounds.  Ugh.  Dodged a bullet there.  I'll do better next week--something I'll be proud of.
