Quick Hit

Mondays are really tough, I guess--just so much work getting into the swing of things.  I didn't have time for the gym at work, though I did get some sit ups and push ups in.  My goals are similar to last week's goals, mostly becuasse they seemed good, but I didn't finish them...This week, though, I will.  I need to.  I want very badly to show a loss next week--it's important to keep this momentum going.

Goals:
60 minutes on elliptical
60 minutes on stair stepper
60 minutes on exercise bike
1 Olympic Duathlon Test
10 miles walked/ran
300 sit ups
300 push ups
15 60-second front planks
15 60-second side planks
pray daily
read the bible daily

100 situps
100 push ups
3 60-second front planks

Remaining:

Beej, you can do it. Let's both get real serious about posting a loss this upcoming week. I think we each need that to show a real downward trend. You can do it, my friend! You can do it!
