Yup. All done. Probably no more Bikram anymore. Not that it's not fun--I actually like it. But I have a new plan: biking. Well, biking and more. I have a Sprint Triathalon in July and need to be training. I'm almost all ready to start. I have my feet and my Vibrams, so I'm all ready for the running part; I just got my bike fixed up (but still need a helmet), so I'm almost all ready for the biking part; I have arms and legs, so I'm all ready for the swiming part. But, of course, I'll really need to train. In the coming days, I'll have the time to create my workout schedule, but I'm sure it'll be a circuit of days. Maybe something like this:
- Day 1- Run 6 miles
- Day 2- Run 3 miles; Bike 6 miles
- Day 3- Bike 6 miles; Swim 1 hour
- Day 4- Bike 12 miles
- Day 5- Run 3 miles; Swim 1 hour
- Day 6- Run 3 miles; Bike 12 miles
- Day 7- Off
Thoughts on that plan? We'll have to see how it shapes up. For the next 3-4 weeks, the swimming will be in a local pool, but after that, there will be a life guard on duty in Lake Washington so my swimming will be there. Why Lake Washington (where the average temperature is 57-58 Degrees Fahrenheit)? Well, I need to get used to that water temperature, since that's where the swimming portion will be--brrrr.
I'm excited to get going on this program (or whatever program I end up doing). It's nice to be working toward something, you know?

I can't help but to quote Tara, brrrr is right!! I like it cool, but man that is cold. Nonetheless, it looks like a great thing to work towards, and quite the opposite of bikram!

Your schedule shows that you are very serious to remove your extra weight. I will work.
