Here's my baseline weight.
Man, that's a lot. I'm thinking
that it would be good to drop
33% of my weight. I'd like to
at about 240. Still big, but I'm
a big guy...

I don't have a determined date
as to when I'd like to be at my
goal--just as fast as healthy.
