Yup, that's right. I need to run. I'm still not willing to say that I miss it, but I do miss knowing that I'm strong enough to run. That's a great feeling. But I'm still easing back into everything. And today was a great step forward: I got a nice real workout in (10 on bike, 15 on stair stepper, 20 on elliptical) and felt re-energized. I actually feel lethargic when I relax too much.
So, tomorrow will be a 3-5 mile run, and the rest will be on Saturday or Sunday.
Looking forward to the weekend, for sure.

I hate cardio but always feel fantastic after a good workout.
