Date night with Anna was a lot of fun today! We went to dinner (yeah, it was a buffet, but I made some pretty okay choices. I'm happy with dinner), we did some shopping (but just a little), and are now relaxing after doing dishes and laundry. I'm about to do my sit ups, push ups, and planks. Yeah, it's a good night.

Beej, I have come to the conclusion that a little slip every now and then is okay, as long as it is just a slip. The time spent with Anna is far more valuable than a perfect evening, as long as you are on track with eating and exercise overall.
