My goals are similar to last week's goals, but I'll be adding in more planks. I'm thinking that 1 or 2 planks a day just isn't going to show results. So, since I'm spacing out my body-weight sessions (i.e. push ups and sit ups), I'll be doing my plank sets with those--in a bigger way.

It's funny to read that you are planning on doing planks. I am planning on re-incorporating planks this week too! :-)
