Okay, so not super successful, but I know that I'm headed in the right direction. And I'm super happy that I picked some goals that are erally going to push me. This is going to be a time of real growth, I feel.
30 minutes 3 times a week with God. Okay, I haven't done this yet. But that's still my plan. And I'll make sure to get some in the next couple of days.
Walk/run 175 miles. In order to be able to meet this goal, I have to log 12.25 miles a week. So far, I've logged 11 miles. Not bad for a recovery week (1 run and my race).
No eating after posting my Calorie total. Okay, I missed one day. Yeah, that's one day out of seven. But still, it's still once. Gotta nip that one in the bud!
Develop & post 1 recipe a week. Okay, I have to re-develop the recipe. Promise I'll post it. In a couple of days.
Get 1 item done on the "Honey-Do" list a week. Yay! One thing is green this week! I was able to pull apart, clean out, and re-assemble the dryer vent. Now, hopefully, this will speed up the drying time on our clothes.

How do you get so much done in a week? I'm amazed. I think I must be doing something wrong -- maybe I need to make an effort to leave work earlier. Glad to hear you are still being careful and easing yourself back into running after your big race -- if you are going to beat Josie's weekly mileage you need to avoid injury, right?!

Well, it looks like you are making progress even if you didn't meat every goal... you really seem to be doing great IMO.

I think the no eating after posting goal is probably a yellow too. 6/7 is not bad!
The honey do goal is inspiring me to do some of my outstanding honey dos.
