Yeah, nothing too much, but I did 4.75 miles today. My average speed was 5.1 mph, so it was a little slow, but that's fine. It's funny that just over 8 months ago, I really started running. And now, if I don't average under a 10:00 pace, I feel like I've failed. Really, I have my whole life to get with this program. I can take my time--but not be lazy.
Thanks for keeping me honest on this blog the past couple of days. Tomorrow, I'll do at least 3 miles. Hold me to that one, too, okay? Thanks.

Does it make any difference calorie wise if you go slow or fast? I guess it would...faster would burn more, right? Then again, a mile is still a mile. I'd always heard that the avg person burns 100 cals per mile regardless of speed. It's very confusing. What does your Mr. Garmin say?
