So, I pushed myself a little bit on the exercise bike, and I think that my leg is getting better. I'm still trying to take it easy, but I'm testing it, and pushing it, and liking the results. This weekend will be a big push to see how I'll do next weekend.

Wednesday: 920 Calories (it was my fasting day)

I am not trying to hold you back, so don't take it that way, but just be sure you don't push yourself too hard. You don't want a reinjury. Take care Beej.
