Okay, so this community is freaking crazy. I'm not sure how I feel about it...actually, I love it! This was the second workout pledge that I've been a part of. Last one was 90 minutes. This one? 110.5. Yikes. I'm afraid of what's going to be next. I decided that almost 2 hours of running might be too much, so I chose the bike. And I rocked out 30.48 miles. Here are my before and after pictures.
Really, I can't tell a difference. Perhaps I didn't push myself hard enough? Oh well, these are fun.

Hooray for finishing the workout challenge! I hope there's a cap on like 120 minutes for the next one. As much as I love challenges, there IS a limit. Well, I guess if it gets even more intense/longer, I'm going to start proper triathlon training haha.
Nice ride! WHERE'S THE VFFS?!

Great Job Beej,
I love these challenges!
Here's the damage for the Student Challenge - 65 minutes. My students got 65questions correct. Good news 20 more questions than last week. I'll explain everything on my blog later. I'll even post the geography questions.
I'm joining the Weekend Warrior Challenge as well and tag teaming this with Steve's, #amerryworkout pledge on Saturday and posting to the Twitter Group.
Isn't this FUN
