I do know, however, that I have made much progress. And I'm willing to be that you have, too; that before you started this journey, a "bad night" with food would have consisted of far more than a 350 calorie english muffin with cheese and beef.<br /><br />I'm NOT trying to minimize that your choice last night was a mistake; a stumble.
