Being sick is almost a sure fire way to derail our progress. Great job avoiding that.

I am anxious to read the results of your weigh-in.South Beach Stevehttp://www.logmyloss.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2952747416511449684.post-84734099263544301712009-10-17T06:00:32.515-07:002009-10-17T06:00:32.515-07:00Hi Beej! I hate it when an illness comes up and swoops your momentum away -- it always seems to happen right on an upswing for me, too, when I'm really planning a big push. Anyway, happy to hear you've bounced back. Would love to see some kitchen remodel pics when you are ready. We just did our kitchen over -- quite an eye-opener! It's not as easy as it looks on TV. Your cholesterol, by the way, looks pretty good. I have a similar issue with the HDL -- I'm just below the preferred amount for a woman of my age, but my overall cholesterol is pretty good. I've found nuts are a big help coupled with lots of cardio. I think eggs get a bad rap vis a vis cholesterol, but that's just me. And lots and lots of salmon can't hurt either! Good luck.Call me Ishmaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14135619200570288287noreply@blogger.com
