Take It Easy

I'm running down the road trying to--nah, no I'm not.  I didn't run today.  I didn't swim.  I didn't bike.  But I'm happy with my day.  I got SO much accomplished.  I got off work early and was all prepared to relax, go for a run and add in a swim.

But that didn't happen.

Instead, I swapped cars with my mother-in-law and took hers in to get a rock chip fixed.  And it had to be tonight.

Then I took our car in to get the oil changed and washed it.

And then I made up some food for our weekend Couples Small Group Retreat.  And I have to say I now have the best potato salad I've ever had!  I'll have to recreate it and actually write the recipe for my Carmelized Onion and Bacon Potato Salad.  Yum!

So yeah, no additional working out, but lots accomplished--now that's some great balance!
