Week 63

Weight: 222.2
Weekly Weight Gain: 3.2
Total weight lost: 146.2
Average Weekly Loss: 2.32

Okay.  I knew this was going to happen.  Not much to say, other than I had a lot of fun on my birthday week and it's time to rock this again.  Back to Calorie counting.  Back to no eating after 8.  Back to consistant running and biking and swimming (not just at the tail end of the week).

This will work. And I will get to 150 pounds lost.

Don't let it get you down! I can't wait until I can see that on my scale! :)

The good news is you know why it happened and you know how to make it not happen next week.

You are doing such a great job of being a weight loss role model! Thanks for that Beej!

Here's to a great week Beej! Temporary set backs are okay as long as that is all they are.

Set backs are all part of the journey, although they suck, they happen. Just keep on moving on, you are doing great and are an inspiration to us all.

Dear Beej,

Relax. I'm not telling you to stop what you're doing. I'm telling you that I bet you that some of that weight "gain" is fake. It's like a platypus. An enigma.

Don't get too consumed with the number and just focus on training to be better and stronger. You will be a marathoner. And definitely a triathlete.

I think I'm going to register with USAT soon.

BUT, before that. Must get some emailing out. I'm attempting to sell myself.
