It's a new week

So, I've got to get this thing back on track.  And it's a prefect time to do it, because it's a new week!  To do that, I'm posting my goals again.  It's actually been a while since I actually posted my goals.  So, here they are:

Goals:
60 minutes on elliptical
60 minutes on exercise bike
60 minutes on stair stepper
350 situps
350 pushups
7 60 second front planks
7 30 second side planks (each side)
15 miles walked/ran
30 miles biked
3 hours swam
prayed
read the bible
read my devotion
date with Anna
fast

Of course, there are my other goals, too, like no eating after 8 pm and things like that, but those should go without saying.

Also, one thing I really want to get done in the next few weeks is to finish two books: Mere Christianity (the book I was supposed to review back in April), and the rough draft of my friend's book.  I'll be posting my review on Mere Christianity, and forwarding my comments back on to my firend.

That's about it for today, I'm tired, and I have a new toy to play with:

Up to Monday:
15 minutes on elliptical
15 minutes on exersice bike
15 minutes on stair stepper
100 situps
100 push ups
2 60 second front planks
2 30 second side planks (each side)
6 miles biked
prayed
read the bible
read my devotion
date with Anna

Calorie Counts:
Sunday: 3,274 Calories
Monday: 2,192 Calories

Average Daily Calories: 2,733 Calories

what are you using to track you calories?

I love your goals...just wish I cold muster up more than 2 or 3 minutes on the elliptical!! ouch!

I must admit I had to google the "nook"...I had no idea what it was..;)

Heh, yeah, B&N just lowered the cost on the nook (and I can use it to read FREE library books, too).

I just started using sparkpeople.com for my calorie tracking...it's a little unintuitive, but it's free, so it's my favorite...

dude, Ben, you're kicking butt on the exercise. I didn't get on the treadmill until way later--and you're already there!

Great goals for the week! I am anxious to read your thoughts on the nook. It has my curiosity up.
