Getting it moving!

Golly!  I've got to get it moving! 

Granted, I ate really well and I got my work workout in--along with my pushups and situps and planks and jumping jacks... 

But I haven't been running and biking ans swimming as much as I should, considering that I have my Triathalon in a little over 2 weeks--YIKES!  I only have two weeks to find out if I can actually swim for 1/2 a mile.  Hmmm...

So yeah, I've got to get going on this "training" thing.  Tomorrow.  Yeah, tomorrow!  ...tomorrow?

Tuesday:
15 minutes on elliptical
15 minutes on exersice bike
15 minutes on stair stepper
50 situps
50 push ups
100 jumping jacks
1 60 second front plank
1 40 second side plank (each side)
prayed
read the bible
read my devotion

Total:
30 minutes on elliptical
30 minutes on exersice bike
30 minutes on stair stepper
200 situps
200 push ups
100 jumping jacks
4 60 second front planks
4 40 second side planks (each side)
prayed
read the bible
read my devotion

you better get moving! ;) A Triathalon? I would LOVE to do one of those after I drop the fattage!

p.s. - how do you do those graphs on your sidebar? I thought I was pretty savvy in excel, but I can't get mine to look right! Any feedback would be great!

Even thought I think you can do the tri no problem...it would probably be easier if you were biking and running and swimming now.

By the time the tri comes along, your body will just think this is what you do and that is it!
