Eff the Scale

I don't mean to say that I'm not going to weigh myself anymore.  But what it does mean is that I know I'll be posting a gain tomorrow.  And I don't care.  Well, I do care, but I can't let it get to me. 

I think I'm finally at that "I won't let my weight define me" moment.  I care, but my success isn't defiined by that single number.  My weight is just one facet (and really, just a minor one at that!).
