Sorry to say that I didn't get much time to workout today. I had about 3 hours of meetings, and I needed to work the rest of the hours I was there. I guess that means that I'll have to double up on my workout on Friday. I would tomorrow, but I'm donating blood, and I fear that doubling up on a workout would be not too good of an idea. My eating has been good today, and I'm thinking this might shape up to be a good week. But I guess I won't know until Saturday!

It happens, we have lives. I'm not even sure you need to double up on your workout, the diminishing returns might not be worth it. If it happened all the time it would be worth analysing but I'd let it go as an abberation. And not doubling up when giving blood is a very good choice, you need to replenish your own body after giving blood, not push it harder than usual :P
By the way have you tried Kale Chips yet? they will help get that iron back up in your blood and they are yummy.

Been a while since I've commented, but I haven't stopped reading... Anyway, missing one workout is not a big deal, especially seeing how far you've come.

I wouldn't worry about the workout and would just do a regular one.

Thanks for donating Beej!
