Sorry for the quick post! It's been a packed evening with cleaning our house so we could host small group, hosting small group, and then hanging out with them until about 10:15. It's now late, and Anna and I are tired (in a great way!).  I love our small group.

So, it's off to bed, and then to work in the morning. It was a great day today, full of good eating and good a good workout (though no run yet...).

I also got a new phone! Wahoo! And it's Anna-approved.

Okay, that's it. I'll try to read everyone's blogs tomorrow!

Man, let me say this again. Your blog is Awesome! I was reading what I have missed this past week on here and you have some great posts that are so informative, tasty and just inspirational. I enjoyed reading about your new Vibrams. I was thinking of getting something like that for my new program that I will be starting. They are form fitting, but they don't have those toes things as yours have. They are just like one piece, if you know aht I mean. My budget doesn't allow that right now since I just bought some new sneakers last month. Next time though I will give it some good consideration. So thanks for sharing that and giving readers, like me, some insight to different alternatives out there. It's always nice to hear what works for others.
Your're continuing to do a great job with your workouts and weight loss as well and that continues to inspire me as well. That's why I moved up my new training routine a week. I will start that April 5th now. I just need to get moving on this so I too can see progress. So thanks for that as well.

@rob- wow, a week early?! super excited for you! I hear that people use vibrams for cross-fit also. Thanks for the huge compliment!
