The Best

Some times it's really hard to think about what I want to talk about. Other times, it's easy. Today? It's easy. I want to talk about one of the best bloggers I know. He's an inspiration both for how to lose weight and how to keep it off. Not only that, but he also had a tragic loss--and is pushing through. And that's almost more of an inspiration than most things. Of course, you all know who I'm talking about. And you all probably thought of the same person. That person is Steve! And he does posts every day. And he does video posts twice a week. This week's video was awesome--definitely his best. If you haven't seen it, go over here and checck it out. And if you don't already follow him, you should. Be inspired.

Beej, I am humbled. I truly consider this health/weigh-loss blogging community a two way street. It kind of reminds me of a saying - a rising tide lifts all boats. If we all help lift each other up, we all will gain from it.

Thank you.

Steve is a pretty awesome guy and your not so bad yourself either. I love this workout you did. It seems to be some high intensity stuff. have you ever posted about the intensity level you do on the elliptical or bike?
I also enjoyed reading how you balance your day with prayer and reading. It's something that I got out of the habit of doing and thanks to you it was nice reminder of something that was missing out of my life. You are quite an inspiration as well.

You know, even when I read the first couple of lines of this post in my dashboard reader, I knew who you would be talking about!

I'll wholeheartedly second what you have to say. :o)

I fourth that!
Great post beej.

and I just wanted to answer you from the comments the other day...you were spot on. I just wanna hit myself for taking so long to finally make the decision to do this. Why oh why didn't I do it sooner?? I've accomplished so much in the last 5 months (and you have too, in the last year!). But all we can do is move forward, so that's what I'll do. Thanks, as always for your support!!

And I fifth that!! I am so glad I stumbled upon Steve's site, I have never turned back.

This was a great post.

And if I remember correct, you are also making it through a loss, of your uncle. Keep at it.
