The difference a year makes Part I

Anna and I went to our company party a couple of weekends ago, and I finally got the picture!  Thought it would be fun to compare the two, as our company party happened around that same time both years.  Wow, what a difference.  Well mostly.  Anna's still beautiful!  And I've lost almost 125 pounds.  Wow.  Just.  Wow.  I can't wait to see what we'll look like in January 2011!  (Oh, and if you couldn't tell, the left is from 2009; the right is from 2010)

Hey Beej,

Awesome pic! You look smashing. And I like Anna's longer hair -- although you are right, she's totally adorable either way. I think you might have to update your profile descrip now. It says you're Beej, you're 29, you're Christian and you're fat. One (or maybe two, if you had a birthday last year) of those statements is no longer true. Right?

So I am loving this challenge thing, which is totally lazy of me because I am enjoying sending you all the things I pretend I can do! Here's the ultimate smackdown, baby (appropriately set to Russian girl band music): The BW Matrix.

This girl's got great form, watch her knees and hips and you'll see how in line she stays (only flaw is at the end during her jumps; the left foot strays outward a little, very bad for women, who are prone to rip knees that way. and yes, I critiqued her from my couch while sipping coffee, cuz I'm a hypocrite). But seriously, I would only want you to do this challenge if you are ok with it, and at your own pace. It's not for anyone with a knee or lower body joint issues. So, this is a challenge only if you feel you won't get hurt doing it. More than happy to find you another one if you don't like this one.
Cheers!

Man Ish, not sure if this was supposed to be a challenge or punishement! Yikes! Am I your guinea pig or something?? :)

This looks intense...I think I'll try it tomorrow after my "5k"...

I'm not sure about updating my description yet...maybe once I've hit my goal? That might work...I just still feel like a big ol' fat guy, you know?

I'm glad you updated your picture! You can't really call yourself fat anymore...
Seriously you look great, 125 pounds is just awesome. Very inspirational.

First off, Anna is stunning, what a lucky guy. Secondly - I'm with Alison, don't think you can call yourself that much longer - you're seriously rockin it, AND way tougher than anyone would ever know. You kick trash - thanks for the comment, sorry I've been so sporatic lately.
