Hot 100 Update 13

• Consistently achieve my weekly goals (success!)
• Have a “Tigger Attitude” at work (done)
• Increase intensity on one machine (treadmill, elliptical, or stair stepper) bi-weekly (done)
• Only drink one cup of coffee a day (done)
• No alcohol (done)
• No Fast Food (done)
• Read three books (done--finished four)
• Cook dinner three nights a week (done)
• Stop eating at least 2 hours before bed (done)
• End the year under 275 pounds (done)
• Add fasting into my spiritual life (done)
• Get plugged in at my church (good progress this week)
• Get to know my neighbors (Delivered cookies this weekend--and were welcomed into 3 of the 5 homes!)

Doesn't all that green look good? I say YES!

By the way, I don't remember reading you have a twin, but perhaps I have forgotten. that has always been a fascination of mine. Unfortunately, in my younger years, had I been a twin, I can see having used that for all kinds of mischievous things. Perhaps God was taking care of me by not having let me be born a twin.

By the way, as I am typing this I finally got the joke/play on words in the last title. Yes, I am a little slow.

I am in full agreement with Steve. All that green is just great!

I also have a fascination with twins. We have them in our family but they are male/female, not identical. When I was in university I wrote a paper about twins that had been separated at birth and met later in life. Some of their lives were almost identical as well. Very interesting stuff.

Wonderful job on your goals. You are really getting things done.
