Dinner with Dad

Tonight was great! We had my dad over for dinner. While he and I unloaded 2 tons of top soil with a wheelbarrow (took about an hour!), Anna made us a delicious dinner of gnocchi with sausage tomato sauce, a fresh salad, and homemade lemon meringue pie. She didn’t think it was that great, but both my dad and I loved it. So, we got to have dinner with my dad, and I got an extra hour of intense physical exertion. Good night.

Tuesday:
1- 30 minute sessions on the Elliptical
1- 15 minute sessions on the Treadmill
1- 5 minute sessions on the Stairmaster
30 sit ups
Read the Bible

2- 15 minute sessions on the Treadmill
2- 5 minute sessions on the Stairmaster
2- 3 mile walks
120 sit ups
3 sets of 2- 60 second planks

2- DVD workouts (hopefully with Anna)

Beej, what a great way to end the day. It is amazing how good of a workout a little manual labor is too. Keep it up - you are having a great week! It is Wednesday though, which means you need to be getting a DVD workout in. :-)
