Lots of Stats

Wednesdays wil be my time to update my progress on The HOT 100, so it'll be a lot of goal updates, so sorry for that!  :)

Going Out With a Bang! Update:
• Consistently achieve my weekly goals (um…close)
• Have a “Tigger Attitude” at work (I’d say yep!)
• Increase intensity on one machine (treadmill, elliptical, or stair stepper) bi-weekly (increased on the treadmill)
• Only drink one cup of coffee a day (just one. Promise)
• No alcohol (I had a small sip at dinner on Saturday)
• No Fast Food (NONE)
• Read three books (just finished my first)
• Cook dinner three nights a week (nope)
• Stop eating at least 2 hours before bed (ate late once)
• End the year under 275 pounds (on track)
• Add fasting into my spiritual life (not yet)
• Get plugged in at my church (not yet)
• Get to know my neighbors (talked with Stephen for a while on Saturday)

I love the color coding! That is a great way to get a good visual of your progress. The good thing to note is that there is more green than yellow or red. Now you need to get more green than yellow AND red. Have a great week!
