Let the Bloodletting Begin!

I survived. I thrived. It went really well! Not only did I donate the blood really quickly (as I always do—I have “juicy” veins and I do drink a lot of water), but I also did have a great check-in. My pulse? 52. My Blood Pressure? 102/60. Not bad!! (Keep in mind that I've never been on any kind of medication for my health--other than muscle relaxants once).

This was a pretty easy day for exercise. In fact, this week, I have not walked once. I plan on doing one and my workout videos tomorrow, promise.

And Anna and I are having our date night tomorrow, since we had friends over for dinner (Crab Cakes; Baby Greens Salad; Tomato, Pepper, and Avocado Salad; and Baked Sweet Potato Fries—yummy).

Man, that food sounds good right now (and it is 4:30 in the morning my time!) :-)

I am glad the giving of blood went well. I hope I can say the same next time. Oh, and I love the joke.

Glad you had a easy time donating.

That meals sounds like something I want soon. I am craving crab cakes.

Have a wonderful date tonight!
