The Hot 100

Steve mentioned that as of today, we have 100 days left of 2009. While my 2009 was way better than 2008, I’m thinking that a big push to end the year would be great! So, here are my Official The Hot 100 – Going Out With a Bang! Goals:

• Consistently achieve my weekly goals
• Have a “Tigger Attitude” at work (this is actually part of our mission statement—how great is that?!)
• Increase intensity on one machine (treadmill, elliptical, or stair stepper) bi-weekly
• Only drink one cup of coffee a day
• No alcohol (I have no real problem with drinking--but being drunk isn't cool--but it's just not for me...plus it's extra Calories!)
• No Fast Food (Ever)
• Read three books
• Cook dinner three nights a week
• Stop eating at least 2 hours before bed (even snacks)
• End the year under 275 pounds
• Add fasting into my spiritual life
• Get plugged in at my church
• Get to know my neighbors
• Develop a budget with Anna—and stick to it!

As I’ve noted in previous posts, I’ve been super busy at work. Today, I got into the office at 5:30 am and I didn’t leave until after 8 pm. But I got a lot done! I’m now down to 24 follow-ups and most of them are little things that I have to finish.

And, it may be a couple of days late, but I did schedule my physical. I was able to schedule it for Monday! I’m pretty excited about it, and will certainly report on what I hear.

Tomorrow will be interesting, since I’ll be donating blood. I know that both Steve and Ehren had some complications donating blood. I’ll let you know how it goes.

I'm glad you joined in Beej - the goals look great. Of course, I wouldn't expect anything less. I hope the blood letting goes well. :-)
