"Celebration" Planned for 300

No, I'm not talking about the movie 300 (however good that was).  I'm talking about what I'll do to celebrate getting back into to 200 for the first time in 5 years (though that was really only a visit, as I quickly jumped back up!).  I've thought about it for a while, and although I know that I said I wasn't going to do anything.  Well, in my normal, mostly boring way, I decided I'd get a physical.  That's right.  I'll get the second, maybe third physical of my life.  The good news is that the all the previous times I had my physical, there were no issues.  No high blood pressure, no diabetes risk.  Nothing.  So I'm excited to see what they say this time.  But I don't think I'll schedule it until I really do get under 300.  So, next Monday, look for a post that says that I've scheduled my doctor's visit.

Here are my totals:
1- 30 minute session on the Elliptical
1- 15 minute session on the Treadmill
90 sit ups
1- 40 second plank
Read Bible Daily (I'm onto Luke, and after that, I'll be on to Acts)
Prayed Daily

Remaining:
5- 30 minute sessions on the Elliptical
5- 15 minute sessions on the Treadmill
4- 3 mile walks
210 sit ups (30 a day)
2- 60 second Planks
Read the Bible Daily
Pray Daily
Go on one date with my wife

Beej, I think that is a great gift to yourself. I have had a yearly physical for the last 4 or 5 years, and I haven't regretted it at all. Of course, that being said, I have had some issues to deal with. Now I am looking forward to the physical for the good news that comes from it.
